Creative | Strategic Director
Constantly striving to find creative solutions for clients, for 15 years Ben has worked with a wide breadth of corporations, live theatre and major events.
In 2013, Ben set up Tom Thumb Events, that specialises in developing inspiring ideas and bringing them to life.
Ben is passionate about understanding how people engage in live sites from macro to micro levels. He has run international conferences, major experiential initiatives and activations.
He is the curator and festival director for Blender Festival, Wollongong.
Chris began working in events a decade ago with South Bank Corporation in Brisbane, serving as the Event Director for Brisbane’s New Years Eve and Riverfire – the two largest single events in the city.
In 2012 Chris moved countries to work as the BMX Track & Operations Team Manager at the London Olympic Games.
Chris is passionate about making events a seamless experience for patrons.
He believes that an event should run like a well oiled machine – with all the logistical issues, infrastructure, safety and security ticking away silently in the background, leaving the patron simply to enjoy the experience of the event.
Grant has been working with Ben since 2005 and specialises in creative and audio visual execution for all Tom Thumb Events work. Over the last three years, Grant has served as Technical Director for some of Australia’s largest conferences including;
- Woolworths Customer Insights Conference
- Toyota Future Market Conference
