Annual Conference 2014

VISION

Red Rooster undertook a major brand refresh in August 2014.  Their annual conference was the first time the company could meet to look at the results to date. The CEO wanted to lift the standard of conferencing that had occurred over past years to deliver a more premium experience to help cement the new brand messaging within the company.

STRATEGY + EXECUTION

We looked closely at how to associate the new branding with the look and feel for the conference.  We also wanted the conference to live longer than the three days so we developed a campaign time line for pre and post communications using footage and information from the event.

Our team managed all aspects of the conference from looking after sponsors and registration to AV, filming, collateral and event direction.  We developed templates and creative that enabled a uniform look and feel across the entire campaign. We created an exciting new awards theme. On the ground we helped install a replica store, an enormous seven meter sign and worked closely with Tyrell’s winery to become the first public event to be held in their barrel room.

RESULT

"Tom Thumb partnered with us to run a number of small and large events for one of our brands over 12 months. From the ongoing meetings regarding each event to the registration and communication with our Franchise and supplier network, nothing was too much trouble.
